The six paths we compare
Find your Realtor
A full-time local listing agent, held to written standards. Usually the highest realistic price, but it takes longer and involves showings.
Cash offer
A certain closing date and no repairs, in exchange for a lower number. We, or a buyer we work with, can make you a cash offer.
Creative selling
