Who we are

CloseCenter is a real estate referral service. CloseCenter is WC Atlas LLC d/b/a CloseCenter, located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Email support@closecenter.com.

What we text

We text follow-ups on your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer care replies. We do not send marketing messages. Every message identifies CloseCenter.

How you opt in

You can opt in in one of three ways. The box on each web form is optional and starts unchecked, and you can submit the form without it.

• (1) Web form. The form at closecenter.com/selling, the distressed seller form, and the Best Exit form each include an optional SMS consent box. The box starts unchecked. Submitting the form works without checking it.
• (2) Verbal consent on a call. If you agree on a call, we confirm it with a single text asking you to reply YES. We send no further texts until you reply YES.
• (3) You call or text us first. We send one reply. We send nothing more unless you reply or opt in.
